Bearing the Blunt: American Freedoms

U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens was murdered on 9/11/12. But why?

An Anti-Muslim film (speculation more or less) caused this political turmoil, such that the Libya consulate is attacked and bombed? In the words of Mermaidman from Spongebob Squarepants, “There is EVIL A FOOT”

American Freedoms. Those silly old things that give this small voice of mine a medium to be heard can also incite international propaganda. Yet, my focus is not the actual event. Hence, the name of the blog.

Who played a part in this scandal? My pinky toe points at Mitt Romney. I envision this as an attempt for him to counter the staunch beliefs that support and praise President Obama’s praised stance on foreign policy. Sort of a bad strategy:

“Let’s go after what he is good at. We need to spice things up a big,” – Romney Camp

Could some outside force have been the driving push to cause these events to occur? Ironically, all on September 11th. 9/11 already is etched in the hearts of Americans as probably one of (if not) the scariest day in our recent history. And now, with the media’s inclusion of that dreaded word “Al-Qaeda”, the consensus for the American public is to yet again fear foreign powers who ironically seem to strike on our already inherent fears.

Ah! Such is true leadership. Tactically using fear to influence.

I expect retaliation, however it will go unnoticed. You the consumer, will simply see a headline scroll across your TV, giving you solace while you get dressed for work that America is doing in fact what it should:

“To Protect and Serve”

“They FEAR what they don’t understand”
